Spline Vortex HDA

Hi everyone!

I have done this digital asset a few years ago. So, I have decided to update it and share with you!

It allows us to create a simple vortex following a spline to control any sim we want: particles, fluids or pyro.

Done and tested within Houdini 17.5

Newer versions might need some edits.
